Ms. Struck joined Stern Partners in 2024. She assists the General Counsel, Mr. Bull as well as the Stern Partners office with various legal matters.

Prior to joining Stern Partners, Ms. Struck worked at Stikeman Elliott LLP as a Corporate Paralegal. At Stikeman, Ms. Struck attended to BC and Federal incorporations and organizations, continuations, dissolutions, restorations, amendments, amalgamations and corporate reorganizations. Ms. Struck also has experience in extra-provincial registrations, maintenance and amendments of domestic and foreign corporations, as well as experience in corporate due diligence matters, legalization of corporate documents and non-disclosure agreements.

Ms. Struck attended university on a golf scholarship and graduated from Arkansas Tech University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She also holds a Paralegal Certificate, specializing in Securities from Vancouver Community College and is a member of the BC Paralegal Association.
